Deeply involved in personal development, health, wellbeing and sustainable change, Steve is also an executive coach committed to building and supporting connected communities. His core belief is that heart-centred mind-body techniques can enrich our busy modern lifestyles. He is also the Founder & CEO at the Global Trust Project and Co-Founder at Fit to Lead.

Celynn has 18 years experience as a registered dietician. She works internationally as a full time professional speaker and corporate wellbeing consultancy. Celynn has co-authored two books and developed a variety of online wellbeing programmes for clients ranging from SME to multinational organisations. She has been awarded the CSP designation (Certified Speaking Professional) from the National Speakers Association of the United States. She specialises in creating awareness and igniting behaviour change for business leaders and their teams, helping them sustain better performance through enhanced wellbeing and resilience.

As CFO of The Global Trust Project, Tom is responsible for establishing the financial framework and governance for the enterprise, the commercial financial integrity of its’ solutions and for negotiating funding with its philanthropic global partners. Prior to The Global Trust Project, Mr. Nehila held roles such as Vice President – Global Finance Transformation Leader and Chief Procurement Officer at Volt Information Sciences, Vice President and CFO of the Reader Digest Community. Tom has directed the strategic planning of global finance organisations including the process re-design, the technology architecture, selection, implementation, benchmarking and the development and design of financial and operational performance management systems. In Procurement roles:he was accountable for the selection, contract negotiations and on-going management of the company’s strategic and enterprise partner relationships.
He is experienced in building high performance teams and leading organizations in the execution of international strategies focused on business transformation, restructuring, and the delivery of innovative and sustainable cross functional process improvements. Mr. Nehila donates his time as a Board Member of the Embrace Kids Foundation; the foundation exists to lighten the burden, maintain normalcy and improve the quality of life for families whose children are facing cancer, sickle cell and other serious health challenges.
